From phone-tag to a paid booking in sixty seconds
The driver types a registration. The site looks up the exact tyre size, shows live prices and stock from your garage management system, and offers real fitting slots. They pay a card deposit, get a confirmation email, and the job appears in your diary with the tyres ordered from your supplier. No phone call, no callback, no quote written on a pad.
MOT and service bookings work the same way, with reminders sent when the next one is due. And when a call does go unanswered, the site texts the driver back with a booking link, so the enquiry is caught instead of lost to the next garage on the list.
Connected to the systems you already run
Our garage builds run live with Tyresoft garage management, tyre supplier ordering, DVLA vehicle data, Stripe payments, SMS with a booking link, missed-call rerouting and transactional email receipts. Prices and stock come from your system, so the website never quotes a tyre you do not have. If you run a different garage management system, tell us which and we will confirm what connects on the call.
What it costs
Garage booking sites run on our Grow plan: £1,950 setup, then £525 a month, plus VAT, pay as you go. That includes the booking and payment build, tracking for calls and bookings, three hours of changes a month, one improvement shipped every month, and a monthly dashboard and report showing bookings and revenue. Garages that want workflow automation and a customer portal on top run on Scale at £3,950 setup and £750 a month plus VAT.

Does it work with my garage management system?

Tyresoft is live in our builds today. For other systems, tell us which one you run and we will confirm what we can connect before any work starts.
What if a customer books a slot we cannot do?

Slots come from availability you control, and every booking is confirmed to you as well as the driver. You can change availability at any time.
Do customers pay in full or a deposit?

Your choice. Most garages take a card deposit at booking, which cuts no-shows, with the balance paid on the day.
How long does a garage site take?

Four to six weeks for a Grow build, once we have your content and access to your garage management system.
Do prices include VAT?
